Hugo’s expertise lies in the financial operations including capital sourcing, business development, project management, strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
As the founding partner of several CPA Firms, and recently with Gonzalez CPA, Hugo has utilized his considerable experience in growth to successfully guide numerous clients to profitability and sustainable growth. Hugo serves in the board of various corporations; he is also an active member of various consulting and quality management organizations. He is also Chairman to the board of Small Business & Entrepreneurial Institute, Inc., a not-for-profit organization dedicated to assisting new start-ups and entrepreneurship. He is an active member of ESGR (Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve) a DOD NFP Organization based in Washington DC.
